Otoyol Yatırım ve İşletme A.Ş. was established who have been awardedthe tender with the aim of providing the finance and realizing the design,construction, maintenance, repair, operation and transfer of the Motorway Project as a Build-Operate-Transfer Model. The Contract has been signed on September 27th, 2010 between Otoyol A.Ş. and General Directorate of Highways. The groundbreaking ceremony for starting of construction works was held on October 28th, 2010.
Project construction cost based on unit price in 2009 is 6.3 billion $, it currently reaches 7.0 billion $ including the finance costs.
